Why you gotta stop saying gay

It doesn't stop anyone from being LGBT to be told it's abnormal. Why would we want to keep doing that to our children?. In response to Florida’s Parental Rights in Education legislation (what critics calls the “don’t say gay bill”), many on the left have taken it upon them to proclaim the word “gay” wherever they can be heard. Why? Do they understand that the bill doesn’t prohibit the use of this word?.

So what can you do?

Well, first of all, let’s get everyone to stop saying things like “That’s so gay!” or “That’s so queer!” If something is weird, say it’s “weird”! Why do you have to bring LGBTQ people into it?

Correct others when they use homophobic/ transphobic language or endorse LGBTQ stereotypes. Even though it may not sound offensive to you, little things like, "that's gay" is offensive.
